Two Pilot Guided Auger drillings from one pit in Leeuwarden 

Last week we completed 2 pilot guided auger (OFT) drillings in Leeuwarden from one pit. Both drillings had a length of 20 metres each and we drilled with pipe lengths of 5 metres (steel ø609). Since two urban heat networks have to be connected to each other, these casing pipes were installed.

In terms of location, we were working on the side of a busy main road, but our technology ensured that it remained accessible. This ensured that people, such as the schoolchildren whose school is located a little further down the road, experienced as little inconvenience as possible.
