INDUSTRY

Transportation of chemical substances takes place in various ways, including by road, rail and water. Examples include (high pressure) transport of natural gas, oil, naphtha, kerosene, chemical products and industrial gases. A safer alternative is the transport of these substances through underground pipes.

Construction of these pipelines often has to take place in a busy underground environment. Carrying out excavation work in this environment involves many risks due to leakage or breakage of existing pipelines resulting in major safety, health and environmental risks, not to mention the economic damage that occurs.

Trenchless techniques offer a good alternative in this case. With our extensive machinery and our experience in and around chemical plants, we are ideally placed to construct, replace and remove these pipelines.
