Time for cake!

Within Kouwenberg Infra we have expanded our reward policy. Last Friday Teun and Gea visited all projects with delicious whipped cream cakes because we have been accident-free for 3 months!

We have achieved this thanks to the many submitted improvement proposals and the enhancements that have been implemented to make our project locations (even more) safe. At all project sites we distributed the cakes, cut them, and paused to reflect on the accident-free period and safe working. With this reward policy we aim to further stimulate safety awareness.
